I took my mom car shopping last week, and let's be honest, there are a lot of horror stories of the car shopping experience. Well, this isn't one of them. I have to say a big thanks to Gerardo Santos and Cambridge Hyundai. The patience and respect shown to my mom by Gerardo was great. It put us both at ease and let her enjoy looking for a car. He was concerned with whether the car was too low for her to get in and out of, and he spoke directly to her, not me. That is a huge thing. I was there as an observer, but not the purchaser. The fact that I was included in the conversation was great, but hearing how Gerardo was talking, and explaining in detail with my mom, is what sets him apart from other salespeople. I definitely recommend people get in touch with Gerardo Santos if you are in the market for a Hyundai. Businesses are built on reputation, and I believe that things start at the top with owners and managers. Whether there is good culture or bad, it is management that creates it. I think Mark Erwin has done a great job of creating a positive culture. Mom was surprised and happy when Mark came down and said hi and talked with her. He didn't have to do that, he wasn't asked to do it. I think he did it because that is his nature. Thanks Mark.

After my last experience here, I talked to my wife and not wanting to drive way up into Kitchener to look at another Hyundai we decided to give this place another chance. I am glad we did. Gerry is an awesome guy who works super hard to find what you are looking for. He is patient and understanding and explains everything well. Kylee is just as awesome. Always checking up on us, if she could get us anything, explaining coverage and warranty. The receptionists even went and put Paw Patrol on the TV for my kids and got them markers and Paw Patrol coloring pages, and even blew up balloons for them. This place really tries to make you feel at home and like family. Definitely come here and see what they can do for you.

We will recommend the Cambridge Hyundai team to all of our friends that are car searching. This has been a nearly 5 month process of deciding which vehicle was for us and Loki (our salesman) was patient, kind and informative every step of the way. When we finally decided to make a firm decision on our vehicles we went back to Loki, and we know it’s his job but he remembered every detail about what we wanted, why we were looking and what would be the best options for us! We ended up trading in our current vehicle and decided to purchase 2 vehicles but wanted to test out a few other cars at other dealerships to be sure. We went to a number of other dealerships in Cambridge and we’re not met with nearly as much care, respect and kindness as we had experienced at the Cambridge Hyundai. From the second we started searching for cars to the moment we decided which ones were for us, Loki was there at our beck and call for any question concern or thought we had. Following Loki we had Ahmad as our financial manager, if there was ever a person to make the hours of paperwork and waiting for approval and signatures enjoyable, Ahmad is that guy. Kind, generous, conversational and incredibly wise, we would go back to the dealership just to spend time with him that’s how great he was. All of this made our purchasing process enjoyable and exciting. And on top of it, they gave us a deal that simply couldn’t have been matched elsewhere. Respect and Care are the trademarks of this dealership and we look forward to years of relationship with this business, which honestly, who can say that about car dealerships! Trust me, this is the place to buy your next car.

We went to Hyundai to trade in our Accents for two newer vehicles. We had dealt with Chop and Ahmad in the past and their service has always been exceptional. Today, Gerry and Ahmad gave the exceptional service we’ve come to expect from Hyundai, finding us the cars we wanted, and helping us get into them quickly. An excellent service team here at this dealership. Had a couple of issues that the team here stepped up and helped me get resolved. Very friendly and knowledgeable and trustworthy. Renovations on the building give a nice and comfortable place to wait while you get looked after. You can feel the focus on customer service and it shows. Service manager was very helpful and I can see how he sets the tone for his entire team. You can guarantee I will keep taking both my Hyundai vehicles here for everything based on the positive experience and confidence I have with the team here. Keep it up!!
